The Overall Objective of the Secondary Head Teachers Conference.
To straighten a platform that brings all the Head teachers of Teso together annually for learning and dialogue towards improved education outcomes in Teso region
Objectives of the conference
1 To discuss the root causes/ challenges affecting performance of a Girl and Boy child in both government and private secondary schools in Teso sub-region

2. To generate inclusive and innovative measures for improving academic performance among secondary schools in Teso

3. To promote spirit of partnerships, networking and collaboration between government, private schools and different CSOs, Stakeholders in improving education performance in Teso region.

4. To engage various Stakeholders and leaders in Test sub-region i.e CSOs, NGOs, Government Agencies and ministries, Institutions, leaders, Professionals, Cultural leaders among others in improving performance of education in Teso region.
